The Company is absolutely not responsible for the Intellectual Copyright issues with respect to the images printed on the materials ordered. The Customer by ordering on this shopping site agrees and authorizes us to print the image on the ordered material. The Company purely provides printing service and does not sell any artwork or printed material or other materials. It only charges for the printing, accessories and base materials required for printing.
However, in the unlikely event that any images uploaded to Holosolv Marketing is subsequently proven to be unauthentic, and situation arises that the order has to be cancelled and payment to refunded then Holosolv Marketing will refund the price only after deducting the charges of the payment gateway and other systems. These cases will be handled on a case-to-case basis and require examinable proof of questionable authenticity to be provided by an established authority.
Holosolv Marketing will not entertain to print any material or images which are against the interest of any country or its laws as well it will not entertain to print any material or images which are of adult only nature or are found to be objectionable.
Holosolv Marketing reserves the right to accept or reject a printing order from any customer. No one can question its decision. Any payment received already on such orders will be refunded, after deducting the payment gateway charges and other charges of the systems involved.
